1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using baijj999 in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If baijj999 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

4. Deposits

baijj999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All deposits must be made through the payment methods listed on the baijj999 deposit page, which currently include bKash, Nagad and Rocket. baijj999 does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers from third parties or payments made on behalf of another person.

• The minimum deposit amount on baijj999 is ৳10.
• Deposits are credited to your baijj999 account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact baijj999 support with your transaction reference number.
• baijj999 does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• baijj999 reserves the right to set deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from baijj999 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, provided that method is registered in your name. baijj999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on baijj999 is ৳100.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few minutes to a few hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• baijj999 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide these documents within the requested timeframe may delay or suspend the withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be approved for funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering cannot be withdrawn.
• baijj999 reserves the right to conduct fraud and anti-money-laundering checks on withdrawal requests. This may result in temporary holds on funds while checks are completed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

baijj999 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on baijj999 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 6.2 Bonus Expiry

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• baijj999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of baijj999 is final.

7. Gameplay & Fairness

All games available on baijj999 use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently audited to ensure that results are genuinely random and that no player, including baijj999 itself, can predict or influence the outcome of any game.

7.1 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game session on baijj999, the round in progress at the time of the fault may be voided and any stake returned to your account balance. baijj999 will not be liable for losses caused by technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.2 Disputes
